Pledge Form

Here is the pledge form (andPledge form (97-03)is a Word1997-2003 version). I also have a Microsoft Publisher version that has a little more spice. I can email the file if you want it. Just put your name where it says and print! I will connect you all to a database where you can enter your pledges or just send them to me on an excel sheet or scan and email the forms themselves to me to enter. Ensure pledges that they will receive emails only very sparingly and that their email addresses will not be shared with anyone!
